Go-Live Clause
If LO registered before go-live, window starts from official go-live date
Commission window note
The 6-month commission window begins from the Load Owner's registration date. If the Load Owner registered before the platform's official go-live date, the window starts from the go-live date — not the registration date. Commission accrues on completed, paid loads only.
Important
Commission applies per registered legal entity. If a company is already registered on LX Connect, additional contacts, departments, branches, or buyers within the same company do not qualify as new referrals.
Duplicate company registrations are not permitted.
